£400 bill over vandal attack

A DUDLEY teenager has been handed a conditional discharge after causing damage to property at Russells Hall Hospital.

Appearing at Dudley Magistrates Court on February 6, Robert William Hall, aged 19, of Southall Lane, was handed a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £300 compensation and £85 court costs, for causing £300 damage to hospital property.

In court on February 7: Carol Hickman, aged 44, of Blackacre Road, Dudley,was handed a 12-month community order and ordered to pay £300 costs, for failing to secure the regular school attendance for a child.

In court on February 8: Luke Richards, aged 19, of Oxford Street, Dudley, was fined £100 and disqualified for 12 months, for driving without insurance.

The defendant was also fined £50 for driving a vehicle he was not licensed to drive. He was also fined £100 for taking a vehicle without the owner’s consent.

The defendantwas also fined £100 and ordered to pay £15 costs and £85 costs, for producing cannabis.

In court on February 9: Delroy Duval Nettleford, aged 47, of Oxford Street, Dudley, was handed a 12-month community order and ordered to pay £250 compensation, for causing £400 damage to four windows belonging to Dudley Council.

Naveed Rizwan Khan, aged 38, of Vale Road, Netherton, was fined £100 for failing to correctly operate the taximeter in a hackney carriage.

The defendant was also fined £100 for taking an extra £4.20 fare from a passenger.

In court on February 10: Richard James Hall, aged 22, of Pale Street, Upper Gornal, was handed a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £85 court costs, for failing to attend a drug assessment.
